Our Story

Nearly two years after purchasing the legendary seafood & steakhouse, Glenn and Sally Murphy were offered the opportunity to purchase a long-standing building on an adjacent lot. The old Saddlehorn Saloon was in dire need of a massive renovation to bring the kitchen, and entire building, up to health code.

As The Cork's corporate Executive Chef, Matt Kraiss was thrilled to craft a new menu, an arm's length away from the long-time classics of The Cork.
